Use notepad xP HTML pages aren't that hard to make. Plus, PHP pages are just as easily indexed as HTML ones, according to Matt Cutts.

    Hi

to create lots of pages, I've been using this. It can create lots of pages but I'm still on a learning curve with it. It's called Hypervre and can be found either here http://www.hypervre.com or here http://tinyurl.com/gsn4e.

It incorporates articles and rss feeds, and be used for Amazon links and Clickbank or Paydotcom related products but is totally free.

Hope this helps (and I hope I'm not breaking any rules by sharing this. Tell me if I am please).

Dreamweaver has a nice template feature. You design a page and mark in
it the regions that will be changeable. All the rest remains fixed.
Each replaceable region receives a name. You save this page as a template
and you can later create new pages where you must only supply the new
content. However, this is a manual process, and if you have to create
many pages very quickly, you should look for some automatic method.

The problem with pages made in DreamWeaver and FrontPage is if you aren't really good at using them, it's really obvious that you've used them - which shows a lazy side to the webmaster.

Dreamweaver does have easy to learn templates, I would use it for your project. You can get a free 30 trial, to test it.

    Good luck.
