What do you mean by 'link analyzer'? If you want to see your back links you can use yahoo site explorer. Link queries in Live should also work.

If you want to know where to leave your backlinks you can use http://www.backlinkmagic.com/
These two sites are best in my opinion.

Go through google and download backlink analyzer tool.

 

I like SmartPageRank's backlink analyzer that also provides the PR of the backlinks for the queried site.

 

Marketleap is also good tool. I uses it regularly.
