Great factors you have described.....But from my point of view to get high SERP of you website by doing Blogging.Write unique and quality content in blogs with anchor text.the keywords should be properly optimized in Title and content area.With the help of blogging you can achieve good keyword ranking in search engine.

 

Be the first to optimize the keyword you are targeting, If it's high dense think of other keyword that people will search (Be creative) or you can use tools such as AdWords

All search engines declare that content is first for SEO,then back links come.But I don't think that they've found any ideal algorithm to prove it.Many sites don't have good content still then they're on top for some keywords.But till now both content & back links are important.
