    I have a website and i want to build link for my site .But I'm confuse that how to build links social bookmarking or forum posting .I do not know which is best .

    that already good. both Social Bookmark and Forum.
    also you can do Articles and Website Submit at directory

    Don't stick with only one type of promotion method, especially after penguin/panda update. If you like to increase your page rank in google plus other search engine create backlinks from different source. If you are limited on time, you can always outsource all the hard work.
