Honey is the best alternative. All the alternatives of sugar are artificial and bad for health. Take honey and never be worry to lose memory power.

I don't know what kind of sweet taste you take but I prefer Organic jaggery with milk and food .

Stevia-natural, calorie-free, does not promote tooth decay, and much sweeter than sugar. It is available in several forms, most commonly an herbal powder which is green and has a leafy taste, or the refined white, which can be used like sugar.
It is kind of pricey, so look for bargains. It is available in most health food stores or online (where you might get the best price.)

Is it because of diabetes or you just don't like sugar?

If the first, then there are substances you can buy in the pharmacy that can replace sugar. If latter, you can eat fruits which contain natural sugars, or honey.
