Some themes come coded with user friendly options to add advertisements in predetermined places within the theme, but there are no special themes that work better with affiliate marketing, or adsense over any others. You can place ads, adsense, affiliate banners, codes and links into any and just about every Wordpress theme. There are no themes that make more money than others...it's about the person running the blog, how it's designed ( how it looks) , SEO, Marketing, Content, Layout and everything else. In other words, you don't need a "special" theme that is "made" for affiliate ads to display ads, or make money. That's like saying "I want a car that holds child seats in the back"..sure some models come with a child seat latch or a section of the backseat labeled "for child seat" but you can put a child seat in almost any backseat...the car doesn't need to be specifically designed for them.
