What is best Affiliate Program thta pays for free sign up?

    I found recently a program thats paying for free sign up! But i doubt whether its legitimate or not!
    it is 000webhost
    other than adult programs is there any legitimate affiliate program that pays for free sign up?

    There are tons of places that have CPA offers that only require that someone fill in a form or join up on a site. Check Hydra and MarketLeverage (links in my signature) for some of them.

    thank u all.......are there any such program other than these!
    I mean I just tried hydra network but they require me to make a call...... i tried from my mobile but couldn't reach.......so are there any...
