I am already invited by Google Analytics but when I have checked it features. It seems to be extreamtracking. So what is special of it?
It's more than what you'd get with free stats programs you get with shared hosting and less than what you'd get with enterprise stats programs.
If you analyze well, you can find which keywords is bringing you the most traffic, so you specialize in that topic.
Well its a sort of stats but more intense ive seen people buy invites for 50-100$ but i dont see the attraction there
Can't live without GAnalytics here. It's simply I can analyse the traffic to my site. I also use it to see where I should place the ppc ads.
I was familiar with Urchin before Google bought them out. It was more lightweight then other apps that relied on bloated, buggy Java applets. It's nice the way it integrates with Adwords and I understand Adsense can be tracked with a little bit of Javascript added but I still need to get around to trying it.
Or cut and paste it into a global footer or a file like onrequestend.cfm. Once that's in place, it's easy to tell Analytics what you want to track as a conversion goal. It's better than almost all free programs and most pricey programs too.
I have tried. It is wonderful tools for me. There are so many reports that I have able to use. I am luckily known this tools.
It also gives good statistics on things like returning visitors, their screen resolution, etc. I know this is easy to put together on your own but why waste the time when this is free? Also gives me a good idea of how many people have javascript disabled, etc...
Apart from telling you everything you can get from awstats, it also tells you: 1) Which of your webpages suck (highest bounce rate) 2) Which keywords from search engines (both natural and ppc) provide you the best visitors/best conversion rate/best results Enroll in the university
