    I guess you're talking about the process of building up incoming links and continuously monitoring if they still exist.

    Obviously, the number and the quality of backlinks is of crucial importance with today's search engines.

    i agree, Backlick management involves link building or offpage optimization. Specialy for reciprocal link. but one way link is the big option.
