What is azoogle

    Is this a site like cj or clickbank? Or is it something different? It doesn't seem clear to me.

    It is basically a CPA Network. It is similar to CJ and Clickbank. Almost all of the offers are cost per action though, as opposed to commission/percentage based as you see on CJ.

    My web traffic are 90% US. But I am not located in the US.

    Littleking, I'm fairly certain you will be able to promote the ringtones. It shouldn't matter that you aren't a U.S. resident. That wouldn't make sense on their part.

    Is this thread necessary?

    Actually yes, it is neccessary.

    I am using ModernClick. And they restrict their offers to certain demographics. As an example, if your IP is not USA, you will not even be allow to see the offers... much less promote them.
