    how can it be black Hat? Google is not like some fool who are allowing angela and paul to earn a lot of money buy selling the links. Right? its so much popular and you will get the Do follow profile links by creating them. they just do the normal back linking like finding, submitting , creating anchor text, BB code etc. that most of the SEO engineers do. they just fidn those sites , list them and sell them at a high price to the other public who don't have much time to find those but ready to spend more than 100$ per month to get good number of links.

    They sell it at a low price.
    And when you just buy the lists then no more than 20% of the links will stick.
    Because of the enormous amounts of people registering to sites when they are on Angela or pauls list.
    And all the people who don't do as Paul and Angela request, but just go and spam the forums etc.
