They just supply packets everything where you get list of websites to go on and regsiter yourself. Afterwards, you have to leave links in profiles of those website accounts.

To me, it's quite tiring until you outsource that task every month.

If you are looking for something kind of automatic, do a google search "free backlinks" and the first 3-4 results will help you hundreds of backlinks with help of online submission softwares that work actually and do link building within minutes.
