What is an easy way to automatically back up my sites onto my home PC?

    Hi all,
My first post! I think I had a username here a while back but I can't remember it for the life of me....
Anyway, does anyone know of a program that will automatically backup each of my websites and save it to a drive that I specify on my home PC at regular intervals (like every 6 hours or so)? I've looked around some but couldn't find anything that did that. Any help is appreciated!
    Thanks,
    George

    Hi,
I'm running cpanel and I want to do a complete backup each time (files and databases). I have my own server so I suppose I could just backup the server instead of the individual sites, but I would really like to be able to just backup two of the sites and save the backup to my home pc automatically each time.
    Thanks,
    George
