What is an "Assignment letter"?

    I was given an application form via email due to my blog. The application needs to be submitted with a "letter of assignment" I was wondering if anyone on DP could help me out by telling me what exactly should be in an assignment letter?

    Letter Of Assignment -- A document with which the assignor assigns its rights to a third party, the assignee

    It assigns a rights to another person given by the owner of the rights.
    Its like a letter of transfer or a letter that gives rights.
