What is Google AdSense?

Google AdSense is a program that started in 2003 helping website owners to make money from there site's by showing Ads on their pages. You get paid from Google every time you get a click on your Ads, i recommend every site owner to give it a try and start making money.

How did Google AdSense start?

Google AdSense started after the great success they got from Google AdWords, Google couldn't show all the AdWord ads on their search page so they needed other website owners to help them publish the ads and give them a share of the revenue.

Why Google AdSense?

Google AdSense is the best advertising program because all their ads are targeted, in other words if you have a sports website all the ads that will show will be relevant to sports which will look like it's part of your site and help you to get more clicks.

After explaining what Google AdSense is and why it started and why Google AdSense is the best let's start talking how to make money with AdSense.

You 1st have to sign up for a Google AdSense account by "clicking here" fill all the required fields then wait a couple of days till your account is approved.

Tip : sigh up for a Google AdSense account after you finished building your site and made sure that it has good content and has about 10-15 pages.

Google AdSense won't accept any site because AdWords users are paying them to show their ads in good decent websites not a website that has 2 pages and all the content is copied.

After getting your account approved login to your account and go to get ads, choose the type of ad you want to show on your site, make sure that you chose the best size and colors to fit your site, we want the ads to look like it's part of your content, after doing that get the code and past it in your site.

Tip: Never click on your own ads, Google will ban you directly.

I think you just copied and pasted the info from google adsense website.

I know it basic stuff, when i started with adsense all what i wanted is something like i wrote, a simple explanation and some tips, i thought writing something like this will help newbies..

i have a problem with google adsense.. it says i have 7 clicks and over 80,000 impressions but i only got $0.05 from it.. anyone else having these types of problems?

 

80,000 impressions ???? and only 7 clicks, your ctr is very low, about the 0.05$ its ok, adsense sometimes pays as low as 0.01

 

^the problem i have with it is that i use to get about $1.30/click.. and now i get under a penny..

i'm not sure whats the reason, maybe they are paying less for your keywords now
