What is Adsense CPM rates for premium members?

    Hi All,

    Can anyone please tell me what CPM rate Google gives to its Premuim Adsense members? I do believe its not a mere $0.01 per thousand impression. Its should be more than $1.

    I havent heard about Premium Member of google Adsense, can you tell me what the cost for it and where to contact for that.

    20 million page views required for admission to Adsense premium publisher or members. I was wondering what rate they give for CPM.
