    It is the same as adwords, NOT the same as adsense.

    Your ads appear on the MSN search engine (and possibly affiliate sites? not sure on that one). They appear the same way that you see ads appearing when you do any search at msn.com.

    adcenter is showing your ads on live se results.
    adwords/adsense is on g results and on network of sites

    adwords =more traffic.
