What is a "Subscribed Forum"?

    The forum spy has an option "Only Include Subscribed Forums".

    What is a "Subscribed Forum"? and how can I remove subscription for a particular forum?

    It's a forum you are subscribed to. You can unsubscribe from forums you have subscribed to in your UserCP, or from the Forum Tools menu for the specific forum.

    I was confused because when one is not subscribed to any forum, the spy actually shows updates from all forums...even when the "Only Include Subscribed Forums" option is checked.
