What is a site scrape?

    Does that affect my ranknigs? Will they be able to piggy back off of my work?

    It depends completely on what he intends to do with it. Screen scraping can be used in many legitimate ways (I've used it to generate databases from lists on wikipedia, for example, to enhance a service) but it can also be used to steal content.

    Basically, though, Google screen-scrapes your site whenever it indexes pages.
