What is a really good video game based CMS?

I've looked at a few different content management systems, but not sure which one to take the plung with. I'm not the best at coding php, well I basically have no experience. But I'm good at modifying vBulletin (hey that must count for something right? lol :( )

    Anyway, any recommendations?

Wordpress (http://wordpress.com/), Drupal (http://drupal.org/), and Joomla (http://www.joomla.org/) are the most popular. It depends on which style you like and what type of site you wish to create.

Wordpress is the most simple to get started with and is very good for a simple blog style site. It works great out of the box with no modifications at all. Downloading new themes is also a piece of cake.

Drupal take a little more time to get going with than Wordpress and is a little bit more flexible with respect to creating a community site. You can integrate a forum, multiple blogs, different sections etc with it without much problem. It also has a lot of addon modules to various things (all of these systems have addons but personally I find what is available for Drupal the best - just my personal opinion).

It also seems to me that most Drupal people end up doing some custom modifications to their system to suit their needs.

Joomla i also very popular. I found it to be hard to get started with it but offers soooooo many options and possibilities. It is as flexible as Drupal but without the need to do any custom coding. If you do not want to do any coding but want to have an extremely flexible system Joomla is a good pick. Last I looked it had some reasonable integration options with Simple Machines Forum software (very nice).

So in summary (in very general terms):

Wordpress: Dead simple to learn and use. Limited in what it does.

Drupal: A little more confusing at first but a great powerful system with great community site potential. Knowing php and being able to manually tweek themes is a big bonus.

Joomla: Complex and amazing feature filled. No custom modification needed but still allows for a great deal of flexibility.

I mainly just want to be able to have something that is easy to update. I'd also like to have good spots to place adsense on to receive a high ctr.

That one seems to have a lot of errors in the demos. I'll mess around with a few of them and see how it turns out.

It's not free but it's an excellent script, I'm using it on my site.
