What is a page view?

    I have a question which is really simple..looking at my stats below how many page views do I have for the month of september? Is it listed under "hits" or under "pages?

    Pages. A single page view can register several hits, especially if you have a lot of pics, etc.

    Page view is a request to load a page on the internet.
    In other words page view is a counter that how many times your page opened by the visitors.
