What is a License? Help me please.

Hi,

I have coded alot of scripts but I don't know how to take license for them. If anyone could here help me. I'll thankful to that person. waiting for ur answer.

 

Are you trying to protect your work?

An Open Source License (for example) allows anyone to use your code.
A commercial license is for protecting your work (and dis-claimers about liabilities)

 

Are you asking for the different definitions?
Or are you asking where to get licenses to protect your codes?

 

Yeah I want have a license for my work. I have seen people selling their work n saying 1 license $400 for 1 domain. And for unlimited domains $600. I don't understand what is that and from where I will get such thing for my work.


Like where to go and who will check my work if its original or not.
