What is a high paying Pay-Per-Download place?

It's very easy whenever a visitor comes on your site's page where you are placing the single line code he will be prompted for a survey. He will get access to your page only after a successful survey. Thus you get upto 3$ per survey while the visitor download the free stuff without paying or installing any malwares. From my personal experience (15 k downloads per day in average, traffic 40% US, 5% CA, 35% western europe), I can rate in that order the paying hosts :

depositfiles > uploading > hotfile > easy-share > sharingmatrix > uploaded.to > kewlshare > ziddu

BUT, that rating is terribly dependant on the origin of my traffic, and also on other factors.
If I had started today with fresh links, for instance, the positions of depositfiles and uploading would have been reversed.

The bonus programs also vary very much in short time intervals, the info may be inaccurate soon.
For instance, uploadbox and letitbit were cool for me during one month. And then the first drastically changed their terms (let's summarize : they don't pay anymore), while the latter refused to pay me because I didn't make enough conversions. Hotfiles.com just changed my payrate for the very same reason.

Last remark : don't offer too many mirrors, that will decrease the conversion rate (number of your visitors who finally purchase a paying membership to download faster), and will kill the biz of your hosts as well as your chances to earn big.

netload only pay if file size is over 100mb & that's bullshit
