What is a good WordPress theme for AdSense?

Hello people,

The title says it all, I just have a point to mention here; I'm not changing my site theme basically for adsense, I just thinking that 2 columns themes are better than others in general, So this is kind of a 2 in 1 thing.

I've searched on Google and found too too much. I'm asking here cuz I want answers to be based on personal experience.

dosh dosh had been reviewed and analyzed as great theme for adsense and the top 18 theme for wp.

 

I prefer you to choose any random free wordpress theme then you can make it alter according to your ads placement by editing! it that can really make your site to earn handsomely

 

no theme is good or bad for adsense, you need to be able to customise it alot!

 

I think thesis theme is good for optimize

 

Have you tried the Heatmap theme it depends on the Type of Blog you are Building some themes are Good for Text only others are Good for Photo blogs.Mystique is another Good Theme

 

Let the ads show at the right space, that depends on your content, so...

 

For me a 2 column theme with ads right on top of the content and end of the post have worked the best.

 

There are many adsense themes and the best theme i found on Wordpress site.

 

Well the assumption of Theme increases ctr is more or less not true to an extent.

I know there's no good/bad theme... I just thought this could be more like a personal experience sharing; e.g. "I've used a X theme with 2 side columns; Placed ad on top and under post"

Anyway, From what I've seen, ProSense and Thesis seems to be pretty awesome. Specially Thesis since it has so many good SEO features.

There are many free themes which optimize for adsense and affiliate products. Of course the paid one will be much more appealing.

If you want to optimize for adsense, look for theme that has adsense block on the top, near the header. The above-the-fold always get better Click throughs.

 

A good theme will also depends on the niche of your site. There are lot of free themes out there that matches your niche and it's adsense-ready.

 

Okay...actually lots of them. but my favorite whitehouse or f2. Both look good and easy to customize. Also depends on the adsense plugin u are using. Again my favorite is adsense now
