What is a good title for weight loss niche?

Hi,

I am struggling to produce a good title for advertisement in weight loss niche.

I really want to follow up with popular things like "Miley Cyrus", "Game of Throne" or "The Fault in Our Star".

It is because I want to create the curiosity and make sure the reader open it.

Can I have some suggestion for the title for me?

Additionally, if you can provide me some idea to write about is great.

I would suggest your Title should be seen as human issue not an general or traffic oriented

 

I think if you put misleading titles, you might lose the trust of your traffic.
