What is a good quality, low-price call-center?

    I have purchased a new 800 number for my business and would like to have an answering service take the orders for me remotely.

    Does anyone have a good call center that they can recommend?

    I have used a few here in the U.S. and they all turned out to be not worth the price or hassle. I have some competitors who use call centers in India and report good results but they won't share who they use.

    Do you want to take any orders yourself or have them all routed automatically?

    My best advice is to ask lots of questions and get it in writing. It's better if you are billed down to the second than per minute.

    better to outsource this function to some offshore companies. There are lots of companies which are providing these services. If you want I can search for you here in Pakistan.

    Thanks for the info guys.

    I would like to outsource all of my order-taking to the call center. I would ideally like one offshore that bills to the second.

    @kash - I would be very appreciative if you could point me in the right direction of some of those companies providing those services. Thanks!
