I've had a look, and at the moment my CTR average is painfully low, at around 0.65% which is a ratio of roughly 100k impressions to 650 clicks. Is this very bad? What are your averages, and how do you keep your average percentage up?
CTR depends on the type of site you have. For example, for forums, the CTR will be low. Anyway, any CTR greator than 2% is ok.
Most people will have a ctr of 2-5%. Mine is lower than that, but almost all of my traffic is in a forum.
That is a terrible CTR. Unless you can have most of the pages on your site get at least 10% you'll never make money --- unless you get very, very, high traffic. The problem is that your ads are not interesting to your visitors. Either the ads are not relevant, not in a good position on your pages, or your site in so uninteresting to your visitors that they leave the site before they have a chance to consider clicking on ads.
i think yours is far better than mine mine is just 0.10% and today i had 8k impressions on one of my sites but no clicks on average i had 400 clicks in 400k impressions so far with just $180 for this month
my sites are highly optimized for a high paying clicks even though they are proxies but if you look at the CTR you wont find a CTR worser than mine if i even had 1% CTR my earnings would have been crossing $3k/month but sometimes i dont even receive a single click for 20-30k page impressions
Daamn, that is pretty bad I suppose.. I have roughly about 2k impressions a day and I get at least $1 from it each day... on Saturday it was about $17 though (before one of my new proxy sites got smart priced haha)
