what is a good ADSL modem?

    I'm going to be switching from Cable to ADSL, I never used ADSL before and wonder if anyone here knows of a good modem. It has to be external too. The service I'm getting is from AEI, they have 3mb/s service right now. I'm not looking for anything fency, something relatively cheap that works good.

    I use a SpeedStream 5100 for a 6Mbit DSL line... seems to work fine (it's what Yahoo/SBC DSL came with).

    BTW, AEI is a customer of mine (in fact I've been to their site twice), and you will get your bills generated from my software. :)

    Hehe nice, hey, can you quickly release like a critical update to your billing software so that it reduces my price by like 65% :D
