I was reading somewhere that you could get traffic from something called a dump site. I want to know what this is and how it works. Is it organic or black hat? I would also like to know any other good free or cheap techniques to get targeted traffic.
You could get traffic from dump sites, but in my eyes those are useless. Visitors convert % will be so little. Always try to get targeted visitors from your site topic related sites/blogs.
