    And if you on the shared server you do not need dedicated IP at all, unless you want SSL

    Think of it like this - you're the only person on the server your website is on.. not 1 other website on that server, uses that IP address.. why do you ask? Someone mention you needed one sometime in your life?

    you have your own IP for your website, not share IP with other persons

    A dedicated IP is an IP that's been allocated to you and no one else can use it.
