What is a decent price?

I'm wondering what you people would suggest as a price tag on a project I'm currently doing - it's a "work in progress", so not really done (will it ever be?), but there are some specs and a lot of work done, of course.

I'm gonna list what I can think of right off the top of my head, and I hope some of you can come up with a approximate sum which would be a proper fee for such a job. Mind! I'm NOT living in India or some other low-cost country. ;)

(mostly everything on this page is custom made, by me)
    Design (incl. graphics/color-scheme/layout/etc.) of website
Implementing forum engine into the layout (phpBB)
admin-panel - ability to add news, links, files, change different displays of news, links, latest additions etc. etc.
member-control - memberlists, printouts, sign-up forms for events, listing of events etc.
    contact-form
    RSS-feed / twitter-posting when adding news / facebook
admin/moderator control of most, if not all of the different aspects of the site (adding / deleting / editing)

not finished yet, but up and coming:
gallery-function, implementing some domain-wide user-control etc. (minor stuff)

So... I think I've managed to mention most of what is done, being done etc. - how much would you guys charge for something like this? Ballpark figure, given that I haven't provided any detailed specifics.

It's for an organisation. Non-profit. I'm also a member, so that's going to reduce the price, of course, since I get freebies for doing it, too. When you say 10k - which monetary value are you using? :D

How many pages you need to design , just estimate how many hours will it take to complete and put a ballprak price based on how much you want to charge per hour.

Ah, the project is well on its way, and designing "pr. page" isn't really gonna do much good - the basis is a template-ish system - the design is done, and in place, and the page itself is basically functioning - it's mostly different admin-functions and member-functions left to fix.

An hourly charge is not gonna work, as I can't use the time I've spent on the page as a factor, since I've spent lots of time just getting to accumulate the necessary PHP/Javascript knowledge. I can't charge for the time I spend learning the stuff I need :)
