    Its a list of blogs. To be added to someone's blog roll you'll need to send them a request or they'll have to like your site

    It can vary depending on their site. If they have a lot of traffic, or high PR it will cost you more to have your link placed there than it would a normal blog.

    Also if you have a blog thats similar they may be interested in a link exchange if your site has something to offer.

    If they interest in link exchange then they exchange the links for free of cost, or else the charges will be based upon their blog quality, traffice, and PR.

    OK have you make site with wordpress.
    On the homepage of the default theme, pay attention to the sidebar. Have you seen the blogroll. It is a type of friend links or sponsor's links.
