What is 3 way links?

    Just find so many people talking about doing 3 way links?What is 3 way links?:D Is someone will to provide the answer?

    It is when you own multiple sites and try to build up one of your specific sites by offering link exchanges from your other sites.

    In this way you add a link to me/us on your other site and get me/us to link to the main site you are trying to build up.

    I think it's worth mentioning that the main advantage of a 3-way link exchange is that, to the search engines, the links look to be one way. This type of link is thought to be more valuable to your ranking than simply exchanging reciprocal links.

    3 way links = 3 websites

    1 - you own and link to 2

    2 - whoever gets the link here from 1 gives you a link back from 3

    3 - 3 lthen inks back to 1 (good possibility that this is owned by 2 or 2 hired someone to do the deal)

    More specifically, the article says that 3-way links with crap sites are crap. Which is a no brainer!

    3-way links with quality sites are a different matter all together.

    Ofcourse... if you've got 8 sites... (I guess 1 of them is the main site)... ask people from all over to link to your main site, and you link to their site from 3, 4, 5, 6, or all 7 of your sites :D...

    That way they should be ready to link to you even if they have a PR10 :D

    three way links looks like one way links as there are three sites interchanging links...site A link to Site B and Site B link to Site C and Site C link to Site A...

    I think link exchanges use them to fool search engines into believing that every website on their members list is getting one way lists although they are not.

    Thats a really good idea actually... The problem is that the the 3, 4, 5, 6, etc small sites are REALLY small so I still don't know if people would want to. It will be great once I have the smaller sites going though... thanks
