Basically 3-way link is linking site1 to site2 then site 2 to site 3 and completing it by linking site3 to site1. The reasong for this is that Google and other search engines frown on link exchnages between 2 sites.
hmm I think google will be able to figure it out. I mean the google serp robots have a master index of all links, where they are pointing, ip address of links and a bunch of other stuff. The engineers write software to search that database and discount invalid or unethical links. If they see a reciprocal link, for example, site A links to site B and then site B links to Site A, then they will discount the link (give no serp ranking benefits for the link). Likewise, I think google has ways to figuring out even doing 3 way links. If you have a 3 way link where: A link to B B link to C C link to A Then they will clearly see that site a is linking to b and then b has a link to c and then c has a link to a. Its easy to connect the dots in that type of situation. From what I've seen, the most effective way to do link exchanges is to buy and sell links. This is what you do. First, sell like 5-8 links from your site to other webmasters. All of these links will be one way and those sites will NOT link to any other sites that will eventually link back to your site. Then with the money you have raised from those link sales you go and buy links from other webmasters. Once again all of those links will be one way, you will not link to any of their sites and it will be insanely difficult for google to know if those links were put there because the webmaster thought your site was good or if you paid or it. Thats why google has a harsh stance on linking buying - its insanely difficult for them to detect. If they could detect it accurately then they would simply write a software to detect it and throw the links out.
Disagreed. It depends on how long this links circle is. What if the links involved millions of sites and all sites are somewhat related, it would look absolutely natural to me.
in the three way link we give the link of one site to another through the third party link like the link of site 1 to the site 2 and the link of site 2 to the site 3 but there is no cycle between the site3 and site1 they exchange their links through the mediator
It means that you give a link on any site, but get back from any other site. like there are 3 sites, site A, site B, site C. You(site C) give a link to site A, site A give to site B, and site B give to you(site C).
In three way linking if there is a site A and the other name is site B than if site C is interested to exchange the links with site A than site B will have to exchange links with the site A is the three way linking.but the best is the one way linking and for the more information you can search to Google.
