What information does someone see about me when they buy from me?

I have recently started selling stuff on my site through paypal...the problem I kind of have is that for the past 3 years I have been using an alias instead of my real name. Now I have grown a community of users who know me by this alias that I want to sell products to...

my question is when I set up a paypal buy now button and then checkout and receive the product (digital product) will they see my real name, address etc?

Some of you might not think this is a problem but I dont want to do anything to lose credibility with these people as they are long term customers.

    Thanks

If you have not set up a business account with your company name, then your client would obviously see your real name... the way it appears on your Paypal account along with your email id and your account status!

Yes, they will see the business name and the email and phone number you have typed in for your customer support/help desk. Best way is to have one personal Paypal account and one for business. You are allowed to have two accounts per person according to Ebay rules, as long as one of them is a business account and the other one is a personal either basic or premium.

Then you can use your persoanl account and test purchase in your own store/pay to your business account to see what an ordinary customer will see. Then log in to your business account and issue yourself a full refund. The money will be paid back to your persoanl account including any and all Paypal fees.
