What Indian Debit cards are getting accepted by paypal?

It seems only ICICI bank Debit card works. I have tried PNB Debit Card having Matercard logo on it but it doesn't work .

 

Debit cards are working in India. This time ICICI card is working.

 

Are you sure it is easy shop debit card instead of easy shop credit card?

 

Does any know if SBI Virtual debit card work with PayPal?

No HDFC International Visa Debit Card not working.
I think only ICICI Visa debit card works.

 

Some says, Axis bank debit card working. I'll check with my uncles debit card.

 

Axis bank gold debit card works but now, they are not coming. Those who have Gold Debit card, they can use with paypal.

 

Plz let me know if you have successfully linked your ICICI Bank Visa Debit Card to paypal? Is it gold visa debit card or general visa debit card? Because after failing to link my IOB,SBI silver international visa debit card,I am going to open ICIC bank a/c only for getting visa debit card!Is it available for saving a/c holder who can keep balance Rs.500/- in his a/c?

 

Yes ICICI debit card works with paypal, have heard a about Kotak Mahindra as well but no sure.

 

I've linked paypal account with my ICICI International debit card and SBI Bank account for verification. I've verified my indian paypal account last year. i have not done any online purchases till now through paypal. I too wanna ask here that am i able to shop online(ebay.com,ebay.in) through my paypal indian acoount which is linked to a ICICI debit card. anybody done any online purchases through their indian paypal account without linking a credit card. I've searched a lot on web but with no success...i've got mixed answers...some say yes and some no. I've used my ICICI International debit card for Google Wallet/Check out for purchsing android apps and worked perfectly...same way can i use my ICICI debit card for paypal too?

Card: ICICI VISA nCASH Card.
I am using this card with my paypal. and Its working right now i just paid a hosting bill of 55$ and it works. Now my ICICI bank accout debited the amout as per Paypal convesrion rate.
I have credit card also i am also added this to my paypal its already working.

I think its bettter to pay $ bill using pay pal if we use Indian credit card to pay doller there will be 3.5% of Currency conversion fee of total.

all international debit card should work.
the problem you have to activate them for international payments as by default most of the Indian debit cards are not activated for international payments (for other currency then Indian Rupees).

 

And most importantly, there should not be 3D secure active on those cards.

 

You can do this way. Use HDFC Gold card to create VCC verify or pay and remove that Virtual card. That way u can verify/Purchase with Debit card too. I have verified my paypal account like this.

 

And if you add and remove too many cards, your account will be permanently limited.

 

don't confuse yourself into all this matters, Just open one Account with ICICI Bank and Continue your work smoothly.
