What Image Creation Software Do You Recommend?

    These are the software that I have use:

    Photoshop
    Paint.Net
    Gimp

    If you have money to spare, go with Photoshop. You can't go wrong with it.

    I am using Photoshop. I didn't use any other one.

    Photoshop is a little pricey though.
