    you put the 768x90 inside a div and set overflow to hidden and made it only 50px high. Then only the ads show, and not two links.

    The damn banner is 90, but 45 of that is blackn space and then the two Ads by Goooogle and Advertise on this side links. 90 is pretty damn big at the top of a page.

    I'm assuming that would be a violation even though you aren't changing the javascript in any way.....
