Bad. I would let your users submit the articles as they wish. Your account will almost certainly be flagged as "spam" unless you digg/submit a TON other sites.

I think there's absolutely no problem with submitting a few articles every day

I don't know much about digg, but I'd go with drig because if they do catch you submitting a bunch of articles just from your site they probably won't be too happy. If they didn't care about that everyone would just submit everything, especially forum owners who could submit every thread.

Just write a few really good articles and submit them; honnestly, I write several articles a day, and only one or two of my articles are Digg worthy...Submit tons of random articles before you start submitting your own, or you are destined to fail.

Nor bad for your site, but it would cetainly get your account banned at Digg.

Digg will probably close your account down if the realise you are submitting your own stories.

I guess the domain would get banned by Digg too.

Ok so I will not do that :)

Everything natural is better than "fake". I will let my users submit to those bookmarking sites.

you can add your own articles, nothing wrong with that, if its usefull information for other users, than you have to submit it. if its not that usefull.. dont submit it :)
