What if someone posts content against TOS other than myself?

Hello, I'm about to run a "community-powered" website, for example: a forum, where the users contribute in making the content and I've seen a lot of stories on DP about people getting banned because of violating the TOS.

I do know that the TOS states that it is a violation to put ads on an adult-orientated, etc. page. However, what if the content that was posted was not me, but by another user?

    Thanks.

Well it still is content on YOUR website, so I would think that it would still be against the TOS.

Make sure you do a good job moderating it... You can use a filter to weed out posts containing certain four letter words; that might help a bit...
