give him a -negative itraders and post his name here! atleast others will be safe from him! there is not much you can do, if he dose not have paypal, there is nothing to charge back! you should have taken the payment first, never trust people with low post count or less itraders!

Not much you can do except -Rep, -ve Itrader and warn people. Also try and claim the money back via paypal.
