What if PR of my sites are 0

Some site's, for which I'm doing link exchanges, have PR of 0.
These site's, (actually there links pages) are indexed in Google, but there PR doesn't get higher.

What can I do so the webmasters will exchange links with my sites??

Anybody has some tips???

Reduce number of links per page. Input relevent quality content for these pages. Keep the links at bottom as related links.

 

Make sure you are linking to your links pages from a number of other high PR internal pages.

Maybe even build some external deep links to your links page.

 

umm.. sorry I am a noob at building links but god is great and my sites gets PR 4 to PR 6. And if you want some links then let me know the URL I will give you some links for free.

try to go for high quality of link exchange.

quality of links does matter otherwise its all waste of time for you

Anyways what I'm more concerned about!, will other webmasters link to my site, just seeing that the website is very nice looking and with useful content.
