What if paypal claim is placed?

    Hi

    I recently sold a site on DP. But the buyer (i dont what I should call him) placed a claim on paypal for not receiving the website.

    I transferred the domain to his account, gave him cpanel details.

    Then he asked me to host the website on his account. When i refused then he asked for refund. Anyhow i hosted the website on his server.

    Then again he raised objections that he is not able to send mails to users of websites and not able to make any sales


    Thats why he raised a claim.

    Now after the claim is placed, payment was on hold.


    Now paypal is showing negative balance in my account.

    What should i do?

    In how many days can i refund the amount. is there any way to counter the claim

    Call paypal and report it for false dispute, you must reply immediately because if paypal go in the scammers honor they will cal a debt collection agency.

    It takes almost 20 days to fight a dispute. Just have emails ready to show to Paypal for the dispute process. That is why you should not do business via MSN / Skype.

    I paid $270 to a guy for a pr 6 domain that he did not give me... I got scammed.. can anyone help me get my money back please...
