    easy, don't use duplicate content and you won't get penalized for it.:rolleyes:

    Yes the best way to deal with this is to avoid anything that can get you penalized in the first place. If you do get penalized you are able to submit a reinclusion request with Google. Sometimes they won't tell you why you were penalized though. The biggest problem is often finding out exactly what caused the penalty.
