Have you ever imagined about life without internet? Well i cannot, waking up early to check my emails and earning out of an internet business makes it my bread earner for life. If internet was to be down or cut in my country for a year, i would probably take a vacation for year in another country to be online! what about you?
If internet stop for one year. We are back in History. Every thing is stop, without internet life is not possible.
Maybe move to some other nearby country where its working. But I guess its not going to happen ever. As everything is based on internet, from banking to everything.
Yes you are true it will hopefully never happen! But see internet has become so important that we are even ready to move away from our home nation! What a great invention But internet stopping for ever might not happen, but govt imposing rules that are too stringint enough to give the feel like there is no interent is possible. If the internet is down for a week (not a year) in any country, then definitely this country will collapse.
I cannot see a country allowing it to be down for long unless its for political reasons,as its all hypothetical i am not going to loose any sleep over it.
