    no you will not get banned by google engines for adsense bans! No warnings, and yes you will get the payment.

    I am not sure but at dp i heard sometimes google warn and sometimes not. so be aware actually google don't want to disclose adsense prog openly (banning and earnings difference)

    Nah just contact them and say you clicked it by mistake, they would ban your account lol.

    Happened to me 2-3 times contacted them no problem.

    You need to wait for about one week for the answer. If you are going to be banned or get a warning, you will get it done in one week only. Google does not take a long time for taking decisions. However, its quite great to report Google in timely manner.
