What if I switch from blog to site?

I have finance blog (check it in my signature), I'm thinking of to continue it in the form of site rather blog. I need suggestions...is it good or not?

 

Site is very good but you need to add some more content.

 

you should try to add more content and build some good quality links for your websites

 

The site seems pretty neat. I wonder how good is it, as far as back links are concerned? Get some more backlinks and that's the way to go. Don't switch to a blog.

 

Why not simply get a wordpress theme which gives you look and functionality of conventional site? That way you wouldn't have to do much work and all your URLs and rankings will remain the same.

 

As we know, Google is now giving privilege to the real search and including that. On a site either there may be a section named as blog or article or news feed etc., where we can update something new, hot and interesting. Because it's typical to update your content frequently on your webpages and Google give special weightage to fresh content where something is new food for crawler and visitors.

So it's a better way to make a site, if you have planned, in the blog format, where you are free to upload some new and hot issues daily and you will see after some time that after just your post, it will be cached in Google and will ranked well in results with your targeted keywords, you have applied for that post.

 

concentrate on SEO dude,your niche is excellent ,Adsense rich niche

LOL, nice blog, and well don't switch from blog to site, as blog is able to be updated and site does not.

 

i think you should think carefully about all the negative and positive aspects.

 

This is also understood for being an expert in your field having all the positive and negative aspects of your site. And to know all the aspects from others about your work is the best way, coz others may be good critic and may explain you better things.

 

Yeah site is good as it looks more for your business . You can try free CMS systems like Zoomla , Drupal etc.

 

if your site needs a blog then what if you have both right?

 

Nice blog and if u proceed to make it as a site follow the same thing u make it for blog, and main thing don't add adds in your site for some day's and more than 100 back link's per page

 

If you want to get backlinks, you have to give people a reason to link...and a reason to read. These articles, imho, are of relatively poor quality. They are obviously not written by a native English speaker and they're full of a lot of confusing terms. Better to simplify. At least in a regular website you are able to have better control of what goes on the site.

 

In my opinion to take over both, because of blogs and sites are equally able to make money.

 

i think, u should stick with wpress...find a new simple theme for it...
