What if I sell someone other software buy changing the name ???

For eg - If I change name and sell software offline.

1 Can the company do anything against me ?

2 Any Loop hole via which I can sell and also be safe?

If I understand correctly, you want to take someone else's hard work, re-name it, and sell it, and then wonder if you will get into trouble.

That is known as theft, and unless you live in a country where that is legal, of course they could do something about it. I strongly suggest you find a more honest line of work.

It doesn't matter what you change, you are stealing someone's work for profit. No way to make it more legal.

Now its time to put those things together, to make sure our domain is pointing to our web hosting, and then begin to familiarize ourselves with the web hosting control panel…

    Thanks

It is illegal and there are stiff penalties if you are in the Western World.

Actually, selling software of other person is strictly illegal. They have updates and the software will be connected to the author of the software always.

So, There is no loophole to be safe. So, I dont recommend to do this, as if you get caught, you have to face many problems.
