I don't understand what you are worried about? Ads are there to be clicked on (as long as its not your own) and even if you accidentally clicked it you have nothing to worry about unless the site it takes you to is malicious.

Yep just don't click on your own. But also be responsible about other sites. If you constantly click on there ads then you might subject them to being banned. Think about how it would feel if this happend to you and be respectful. Only click on an advert if you are geneuinely interested.

need no worry for Accidentally clicking because google will never banned you for this but d't repeat it again and again. And every body can click on others websites ads .
you can click on ads on others websites unless they are not yours (remember, Google stored your IPS's ip when you registered with it).
