What if I change my wordpress blog's description?

    Will this change my SERP? If I just add few words more? I'm on 1. page and I want to make description longer.

    It wont make any change however you can target more on-page keywords extracted from the new description!

    The meta description is not considered in the algorithm for serps.

    A more descriptive one may help your click through rate, however.

    it may for awhile change the serps. but be back once the search engine recognize back the keywords.
